This is a 3.0 hour seminar where SGT. Torriente Toliver will teach stand up defense, A.R.C. and ground survival tactics (How to stuff a a take down, empty handed ground defense, some against a knife, control techniques and escape).
This class is NOT designed to teach you to defeat BJ Penn. You will need more than a 3 hour course for that. This course is designed to teach you to survive a violent street attack by the amateur MMA enthusiast that has learned basic take-downs, mounts and stand up skills either in a class room or from watching fights themselves.
